Website design and SEO planned as one job

We find out what your customers type into Google, give each search its own page and design after that. The site can bring enquiries from launch day once the ads are switched on, with no rebuild a few months later.

  • Vitaliy leads each build himself
  • Keyword map before any mock-up
  • Fixed price once scope is agreed
  • Contract and payment via Upwork

What you get from a site planned for search

The order of work decides what the site does for you once it is live.

  • Google finds a page for every service you sell

Keywords, the page list, titles and indexing rules are settled before anyone draws a screen.

  • Visitors see where to click next

We study how your client searches, compares and decides, and the layouts follow that path to a call or a form.

  • No rebuild six months after launch

New services, regions and categories slot into the plan that already exists.

  • Your team changes texts and prices itself

Edits need no developer invoice, and a short training session comes with every handover.

Formats and starting prices

All figures are US dollars and they are starting points. After a 30-minute call you get a fixed number, and it doesn't creep up halfway through.

Sites we planned for search and what they did

Figures from projects Vitaliy led himself. Each card names the country where the work was done.

Construction company · Ukraine

From no website at all to 3–5 enquiries a day

We built this Ukrainian construction company its first website from nothing, then grew it with SEO. In year one enquiries rose from occasional (months 1–3) to weekly (4–6), then 1–2 daily (7–9) and 3–5 daily by months 10–12. Read the construction company case study

Upwork project · UK

54 area pages added with no traffic lost

A UK construction company needed 54 new location pages and a fresh URL scheme. Old addresses were carried over by 142 redirect rules, and organic traffic held through the switch.

Upwork projects · Netherlands and other markets

A 143-category structure planned before the build

Upwork projects. A 143-category architecture drawn up from competitor keyword analysis, 47 Shopify categories for a store in the Netherlands, 73 categories for a haircare brand, and 11 rival product pages folded into one with 9 redirects.

How a website project runs

Four stages. The page map and the launch date are agreed before any code is written.

  1. 30-minute call

    Call and brief

We start with a conversation, not a proposal deck. What the business does, what the site has to bring in, which format will pay for itself.

You get a suggested format, a rough page list and an honest budget

  2. Before development

    Keyword map and structure

You see the search demand, the list of pages and the room the site has to grow, and you sign it off.

You get an approved page map and a launch date written into the plan

  3. Dates from the plan

    Design and build

You watch the work in progress and comment on it. If a choice of ours looks odd, ask and you get the reason.

You get layouts you have already seen and commented on

  4. Launch day

    Launch and handover

Every form gets a test submission on real phones and on a desktop. Analytics and conversion tracking go live with the site.

You get a working site, live tracking and a walk-through of the admin

Which website do you need

Three quick questions about what you sell and where. The answer shows the format that fits and the price it starts from.

What do you sell?
How many services and areas do you cover?
Do you need to sell online?

These are the starting prices from this page. The exact figure comes after a 30-minute call.

What might be stopping you

Five questions owners usually ask before they order a new site, with plain answers.

Will I own the site and be able to edit it?

Yes. The site belongs to you completely, together with full access to its admin. Service and corporate sites run on WordPress, stores on WooCommerce or Shopify, so texts, prices and photos are yours to change without calling a developer.

My site is fine, I just need traffic

Then we look at it before selling you anything. Often there is no search structure, or a single home page tries to speak to every kind of customer, and extra visitors will not fix that. If a few fixes and some new pages are enough, the free review will say so.

What if I need changes after launch?

Small edits your team makes itself. New services, areas or categories go onto the structure that is already there, so nothing gets torn down. Some clients keep us for monthly SEO after launch and others take it in-house.

Is it a risk to hire a team outside the UK?

The contract and payment sit on Upwork, where BeeTop is Top Rated Plus with $100K+ earned, and either side can end a contract at any time. Kyiv is two hours ahead of London. You talk to Vitaliy directly, with no manager in between.

Will the price grow halfway through?

No. You get a fixed figure after a 30-minute call, and once the scope is agreed it stays put. The prices on this page are where each format starts.

Everything is connected

A new website sits between the other three parts. Planned for them from the start, it needs no rework when they are plugged in.

  1. Website page map drawn before the first mock-up
  2. SEO organic data shows which ads to fund
  3. Google Ads each enquiry logged with its source
  4. Analytics numbers pick the next page to add (back to Website)

Which website does your business need?

I draw up the keyword map for every site myself, so I know why each page exists before anyone designs it.

Write two lines about what you sell and who buys it. Within 24 hours you get a format, a rough page list and an honest budget, and you are under no obligation.

Questions clients ask before a website project

What will a website cost us?

Our starting prices are $2,000 for a landing page, $3,500 for a service website, $5,000 for a corporate site and $6,000 for an online store. The real number comes after a short call. Once we have agreed the scope, we don’t add to it.

How quickly can you build it?

A landing page takes 5–7 days. Anything larger depends on page count and features, so the launch date is written into the plan, and the plan is signed before we write code.

What do you mean by SEO web design?

Search research happens before design, not after it. We look up the queries in your niche, give each one a page, then design those pages. Titles, speed and indexing are part of the build, so nothing needs retrofitting when SEO starts.

Could you fix our existing site instead?

Quite possibly, if the base is decent. The free review shows which route costs you less. Sometimes that is a few fixes and a handful of new pages.

What about mobile?

Every layout is designed for phones too. Before launch we fill in the forms and open the menus on actual phones, as well as in a desktop browser.

Can we start Google Ads on launch day?

Yes. Tracking is installed before the site goes live, so there is nothing to wait for. If you want us to run the campaign too, see how we manage Google Ads.

We are in the UK. Is that a problem?

No. Our clients are in the UK, Canada, the Netherlands and Germany, and everything runs remotely. The contract and payments go through Upwork. Vitaliy works in English, German and Dutch.

How SEO web design works at BeeTop

A typical web design agency opens a project with mood boards. We open it with a spreadsheet of search queries. Before the first sketch we collect what your customers search for, group the queries by intent and give each group a page of its own. Design then works on a structure that already has demand behind it. Vitaliy Hera, our founder, has done SEO since 2010 and leads every build, so the person who drew up the keyword map is the one who later watches the rankings.

Read more about our approach

Why we build on WordPress and Shopify

Service and corporate sites run on WordPress. For stores we use WooCommerce, or Shopify if you mostly sell abroad. You change texts, prices and photos yourself. When a landing page grows into a bigger site, it grows on the same base, with no rebuild. A web development agency that stops at launch rarely plans for that second year.

Pages about each format

Every format has its own page with details. Landing pages for paid campaigns suit one service or one offer. Corporate site builds are for companies with several divisions and audiences. Online store development starts with category research, because a mistake in store structure is the dearest one to fix after launch. Selling mainly abroad? Look at our Shopify projects.

What decides the price

The format sets the starting price. Page count, integrations and the number of languages decide the rest. Mobile layout, SSL, speed work, analytics and the search groundwork are in every starting figure, because SEO website design without them would be half a job. Not sure which format fits? Send a short brief and you will get a suggestion and a budget, within 24 hours.
