Google Ads management that stops wasted spend

We are a Google Ads agency led by an SEO specialist. Your budget goes on people ready to order, and you see what each enquiry costs.

  • Vitaliy runs each account himself
  • Top Rated Plus on Upwork
  • Ad spend paid straight to Google
  • English, German, Dutch

What you notice in the first weeks

Our Google Ads management services cover the account from the strategy call to the weekly tweaks. These four changes show up first.

  • The phone rings within days of launch

An ad sits above the organic results from the day it goes live, in front of someone looking for your service at that moment.

  • Fewer clicks from people who were never buyers

Searches for free, DIY or jobs are blocked before launch, so that money stays in the budget.

  • Bidding learns from real enquiries

Forms and calls are counted in GA4 from the start, so Google stops paying for clicks that lead nowhere.

  • You know what one customer costs

Spend, enquiries and cost per enquiry sit in one short report, and you can change the budget whenever you want.

Where the budget leaks

Why Google Ads spends money without results

Search ads carry some of the most expensive clicks in digital marketing. Mistakes here cost the most, and fixing them pays off fastest.

Problem 1

No negative keywords

Without a negative list your ads happily show up for "free", "DIY" and "jobs" searches. Those people click, you pay and nobody buys. As much as 40% of the spend can disappear this way.

Our fixBefore anything goes live we write the negative list, and every week after that we read the search terms report and add whatever slipped through.
Problem 2

Conversion tracking is missing

If conversions and GA4 aren't set up properly, Google's bidding has no idea which clicks became enquiries. It just keeps buying more clicks.

Our fixWe install conversion tracking, GA4 and the tags before launch, so the bidding learns from real enquiries and the price of a lead can come down.
Problem 3

The wrong campaign type

A shop runs only Search when Shopping would sell more. A service firm runs Performance Max with no conversion data behind it. The wrong format eats the budget in your niche.

Our fixWe match campaign types to your model. Search for services, Shopping and Performance Max for stores, remarketing to bring past visitors back.
Problem 4

Set up once and forgotten

Plenty of accounts we see were launched once and then left alone for months, while bids, audiences and search terms quietly went their own way.

Our fixWe're in the account every week adjusting bids, clearing out bad search terms and moving money to what's paying. You get a short report you can read in two minutes.

How we set up different kinds of accounts

Different niches follow one logic. The right campaign types, clean negatives and steady optimisation against the cost of a lead.

Services · lead generation
Search

Search campaigns with conversion tracking and a landing page written for the offer. Everything is judged by cost per enquiry.

Online store
Shopping

For shops we usually lean on Shopping and Performance Max. They only work as well as the product feed in Merchant Center, so we clean that up first.

Local services
Calls

Location targeting, an ad schedule and negative keywords, so the budget goes on calls from your own area during opening hours.

From the first look at your account to steady leads

Four stages. Setup takes days, and you hold something concrete after each one.

  1. 24 hours

    Audit and strategy

We study your market, the advertisers you compete with and your current account if you have one, then suggest campaign types.

You get the leaks we found and a likely cost per lead

  2. Before launch

    Setup

Keyword and negative lists, the account structure, conversions with GA4 and the ad copy for each group of searches.

You get an account ready to go live, in your name

  3. First days

    Launch and tests

Ads and audiences are tested against each other. Most clients get their first enquiries within days.

You get the first enquiries, each one counted

  4. 2–4 weeks

    Optimisation and scale

The cost per lead settles as bidding learns. From then on we clean search terms, adjust bids and move money every week.

You get a plain-language report with the numbers

How much of your budget is leaking

Someone who clicks an ad for a buying search may order today, and someone searching for a free version never will. Put in your monthly budget and set the share you think goes on the second kind.

Currency

The 40% ceiling is the share missing negative keywords can eat, as this page says. Everything else is your own arithmetic.

What might be stopping you

Five doubts we hear before someone hands over an account, and our honest replies.

I already run ads myself

Good, then there is data to work with. Within 24 hours the free review shows where your search terms and tracking let money slip. The account stays in your name whatever you decide.

A Google rep set up my account

A setup gets campaigns running. The cost of a lead is decided later, by the negative list, the conversion tracking and someone reading the search terms every week. We check those three and fix the gaps in the same account.

My budget is small

With a small budget each stray click hurts more, so negatives matter even more. We work out a realistic figure from click prices in your niche during the review. That money goes from your card straight to Google.

Why would an SEO person run my ads?

Years of watching how Google reads a query make it easier to spot the clicks that will never buy. Vitaliy has worked on both sides since 2010. He also avoids bidding where your site already holds first place for free.

$1,000 a month on top of the ad spend?

Management starts at that figure, and the exact fee comes after the review. Try your own budget in the calculator above and see what a leak costs. The contract and payment run through Upwork, and either side can end it at any time.

Google Ads questions

How much does Google Ads management cost?
Our management fee starts from $1,000 a month, and where it lands depends on how many campaigns you need and how competitive your niche is. You pay the ad budget to Google yourself, from your own account.
How much ad budget do I need?
It depends on click prices in your niche and area. Legal, medical and property clicks cost more than most. We work out a realistic budget for your case during the free review instead of quoting a standard figure.
When will the first enquiries come in?
Usually in the first days after launch. A stable, predictable cost per lead takes 2–4 weeks, while the bidding learns from your conversions.
Where does wasted ad spend usually come from?
Most of the time it's three things. No negative keywords, broad match left on everywhere and no conversion tracking. Missing negatives alone can eat up to 40% of a budget, so that's the first leak we close.
Can you take over the account I already have?
Yes. We audit what's there, find where the money leaks and fix it. If you've never advertised before, we set everything up from zero. Either way the account stays in your name.
What should I look for in a Google Ads agency?
I'd ask who will actually log in and run the account each week, how conversions are measured and whose name the account is in. Here the answers are me, tracked from day one, and yours.
Should I choose Google Ads or SEO?
Ads switch on fast and switch off the moment you stop paying, while SEO takes months but keeps working after that. For most of our clients the sensible route is both, with ads bringing sales while organic rankings build up.

Google Ads and PPC management for UK businesses

If someone searches for your product right now, an ad is the quickest way to be the first thing they see. We've worked with Google since 2010, and the SEO half of that work tells us a lot about how it judges queries and landing pages. Our PPC management starts with a look at your niche and competitors. Then comes account and conversion setup, keywords, negatives and ad copy, and after launch it turns into weekly optimisation. The number we report on first is cost per lead.

Budget control and negative keywords

When each click costs real money, a small leak adds up by the end of the month. The biggest one we find is a missing negative list. We write the negatives before launch and add to them every week from the search terms report. Conversion tracking and GA4 go in at the same time, since bidding without conversion data is just guessing.

Choosing a Google Ads agency

A lot of what happens after the click depends on the page people land on. Send good traffic to a slow or vague page and even a well-built campaign struggles, so we often pair ads with a landing page built for the campaign. A good Google Ads agency should also be honest with you when ads aren't the right channel for your business.

Google Ads or SEO, which to pick

Ads are best for launches, special offers and seasonal peaks, when you need enquiries this month. Organic search optimisation moves slower but builds something you own, and it keeps bringing customers once the work is done. Many clients run both for a while, with ads covering the first months while SEO picks up. Send us your account or your site and we'll tell you which one to start with.
