Privacy policy
This website is run by BeeTop, led by its founder Vitaliy Hera. Vitaliy decides how and why your personal data is used, so for UK GDPR purposes he is the controller. This page explains what data we receive when you visit the site or send us an enquiry, why we need it and what you can do about it.
What the enquiry form collects
The form asks for your name and email. Four more fields are optional, namely your phone number, your website, what you need from us and a free-text message. Whatever you type there reaches us with the enquiry.
We read them to answer you, to prepare the free review if you asked for one and to discuss a possible project. We do not use them for newsletters and we do not sell them.
Our legal basis is your request. You contact us and ask for a reply or a review, so we process your details to take the steps you asked for before any contract (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
Where your enquiry goes
The form sends your details to a Cloudflare Worker, a small program that runs on Cloudflare's network. The Worker passes the enquiry to a private Telegram chat that we use only to receive enquiries from this site. Telegram is not a way to contact us here. It is simply the inbox where the form delivers your message.
Cloudflare and Telegram act as service providers that process the enquiry on our behalf. Their servers may be outside the UK. We share your details with nobody else, apart from the services named on this page.
Spam protection with Cloudflare Turnstile
Before a form is sent, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person is filling it in and not a bot. To do this it looks at technical signals from your browser and connection. We use Turnstile to keep spam out of our enquiries, which is our legitimate interest. It does not tell us who you are.
Google Analytics, only if you agree
We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages help visitors and which do not. It runs in Google Consent Mode, with every type of storage set to denied by default.
Until you click "Accept" on the cookie banner, the Google Analytics script is not loaded at all and no request goes to Google Analytics. If you click "Reject", it stays off. If you accept, Google Analytics sets its cookies and records how you use the site, for example which pages you open, in a form that does not show us your name or contact details.
You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page.
There is no Meta Pixel on the English pages of beetop.agency.
Cookies and local storage
Once you click Accept or Reject, the browser remembers it in local storage (the key is bt-consent). That is why the banner does not come back on the next page. If you close the hint that suggests another language version of the site, that is saved in local storage too, under bt-hint-closed. Both entries stay in your browser and are not sent to us. You can delete them by clearing your browser's site data.
Google Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them, as described above.
How long we keep your data
We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, so we can see the history if you get in touch again. Projects that go ahead keep their correspondence while the contract runs. Then it is deleted. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
Analytics records expire on their own, after the period chosen in our GA4 settings.
Your rights under UK GDPR
UK GDPR gives you several rights over your data. Ask us, and we will send a copy of what we hold (access), fix anything wrong (rectification) or delete it (erasure). You may also limit our use of it (restriction), object to it, or get it as a file to take elsewhere (portability).
Unhappy with how we dealt with a request? Tell us and we will look at it again. The Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) also takes complaints, at ico.org.uk.
How to contact us about your data
Write to us through the form on our contact page or send a message on Upwork. Please give the name and email address you used in your enquiry, so we can find your details. We will answer within one month, as UK GDPR requires.
Changes to this policy
If anything changes in how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top. This version is dated 30 October 2026.
